The Sundial Beach Resort and Spa has a full time opportunity available for Housekeeping - CARE Team to join the dynamic team at our gorgeous Sanibel Island location. The Housekeeping - CARE Team provides exceptional guest services by maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in the housing units assigned according to the standards of the Resort. We are looking for reliable and service focused individuals to join us in this role.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work cohesively with CARE team to complete projects as assigned throughout Resort.

  • Provide deep cleaning and preventative care of guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area.
  • Attend regular scheduled meetings such as line-ups and special committees.
  • Ensure that service levels are maintained at the highest level by using all internal and external resources necessary to provide exceptional service.
  • Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards and procedures of the department.          
  • Be familiar with resort services, amenities, and outlets.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect Resort and its assets at all times.
  • Adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Owner Services Manager, General Manager and/or management team.

 

Our compensation package includes an $10.00 hourly wage, medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, paid holidays, short term disability, long term disability, paid tolls and more!

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to understand, write and communicate in   English.
  • General housekeeping skills and abilities
  • Computer skills including typing, use of Microsoft Office and internet searches required.
  • Report for work in a well groomed manner, uniform worn to standard, name tag on.
