Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on tropical Sanibel Island, is seeking experienced Servers to join our team. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and have a positive influence in a team setting. Candidates must be hardworking, have a strong work-ethic, and be a responsible team player.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve drinks and meals to guests in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner in all food and beverage outlets.
- Suggestively sell menu and drink items and ensure that guests receive quality service throughout their visit.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. as well as stand and walk frequently.
- Must have professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.
Our compensation package includes an $5.23 hourly wage, medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, paid holidays, short term disability, paid tolls and more!
